These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Adnertia's website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an Adnertia account and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your authentication credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
Adnertia offers Free, Pro, and Agency plans. Paid subscriptions renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected) until cancelled. See our pricing page for current plan details and features.
Free plan
The Free plan provides limited usage with no payment required. Quotas may change as the product evolves; we will give notice before reducing the limits of an active account.
Pro plan
The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually at the rate displayed at checkout. Pro provides extended history, advanced analysis, and additional account capacity.
Agency plan
The Agency plan supports multi-account workspaces and team access. Contact partners@adnertia.com for volume or enterprise terms.
Billing
You authorize Adnertia (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file for all fees due. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account until the balance is resolved. You remain responsible for fees accrued before suspension.
You are responsible for the Google Ads accounts you connect, the data you bring into Adnertia, and the actions you take based on insights surfaced by the Service.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Access the Service through unauthorized means, scraping, or bots
- Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or distribute malware
- Connect Google Ads accounts you are not authorized to access
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Service without written permission
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or attempt to bypass usage limits
The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding Customer Data), is the property of Adnertia and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the Google Ads data you connect and any content you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant Adnertia the rights necessary to host, process, and display Customer Data for the purpose of providing the Service.
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Insights, comparisons, and root-cause suggestions are computed from your data and are informational only. Adnertia does not guarantee any specific advertising outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adnertia and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or advertising spend, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid Adnertia in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users, our partners, or Adnertia. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Adnertia consent to personal jurisdiction there.
